was failed by 'The System'... Completely!-

It is now almost Five years ago.4th February 2005 that Twice I phoned the Police in Scotland (as per Police Incident Report on page 8) from my home near London trying to prevent Danielles' death.....4 days before she died.!.!....
Danielle was NOT missing at the time...Nor were they 999 calls.... Now why would I call them ? TWICE in an hour ??
I had known Danielle,her mother and brother since 2001..She was polite and well spoken Confirmed by the Taxi driver in a police statement She was a 17yr old going on 12! And under a ‘Child Protection Order !’‘ A Fatal Accident Inquiry (FAI).NOT a Public Inquiry (where individuals can be brought to account)..got underway in Edinburgh Sheriff Court the 9th June 2008...Resumed almost 4 years after Danielles'death ..The object of an FAI is to establish system failings, for lessons to be learned..To stop it from happening again?..Not to apportion blame,such as blaming the parents ?

A doctor described in the inquiry how "A second opinion was sort from another doctor who was flown in from another country (England) and that had a 'warrant' been raised Danielle could have been treated in that country (England)” It would appear had Danielle been in England she could have been hospitalised and would undoubtedly be alive today... Because of 'Devolution' Scottish Legislation applied You have NHS Scotland with its free prescriptions and free hospital parking etc and NHS England..where you have to pay...NHS24 for Scotland and NHS Direct England.Different legal systems etc..The more you delve the more bewildering

They were safe whilst Danielle died Exactly one month(8th March 2005) after Danielle Scotts death her mum (legally separated from her ex husband since 1997) and I were turned away from Downing Street by armed police when we tried to deliver a 'Letter of Facts' to number 10, and yes, the nature of the letter was explained to them It was then snatched away from a lady entering No 10 who had kindly offered to deliver it for us
was announced 30th July 2009 However here is the True story based on true and actual facts.. NOT conjecture!
